As per this years event its only going to happen if we all work together, put our money where our mouth is & MAKE IT HAPPEN
This time we are ahead of the game so there is longer time to get the money together & a whole season to make sure your car is ready , so no excuses .

Attention Sports Sedan Competitors

EXPRESSIONS of INTEREST are OPEN

Following Fantastic February at Mt Panorama, supporting the Armor All 12Hr event,
many drivers & spectators claiming this was the best event and most awesome racing spectacle ever,
Sports Sedans have been invited to return to the Mountain in 2013.

Do you dream of racing at Bathurst ? Did you run at Bathurst 2012 and can't wait to return ?
The Event Organisers were delighted with the professional racing and awesome spectacle of the Sports Sedans and are inviting us back.
Sullivan Motorsport is once again, proud to be your host for the Bathurst 2013 Sports Sedan event.

We are currently seeking Expressions of Interest from Competitors to confirm our return to the Mountain in 2013.
We need 40 entrants for the 2013 event to proceed - Entry cost $1500.

Lets bring the Thunder back to the Mountain in 2013

Yeah boiiiiiii, great to hear, can't wait for next year already..... Hopefully we see a full 40 grid, and maybe some top notch nationals boys to give the record a nudge...... ;) ricciardello and hossack I'm lookin at you for that..... And I think should be requested that we get at least 2 practice sessions and a slightly longer qualy session...

hell yes!!!! .... i really did enjoy myself with nadz and the boyz this year, this is my escape holiday every year now lol

good on ya toranaracer loved it when i heard the scream of a folden coming down conrod... i hope there are alot more cars next year even though the racing was great, maybe with time this could be included in the championship????

hey all

get your expressions of interest in ASAP!!!! if you want to run at bathurst again or run for the first time get it in now. if we dont get the
numbers its simple we miss out.
get them in now as the cut off is less than a month away, ring your mates or talk to your other club members.
NSW sports sedans is organising it but we need you interstaters to help get the word out/ kick people in the butt and get things rolling in your
states too so we can make it happen.

bad news guys!! ... the sports sedans have cancelled bathurst due to lack of numbers

Need to clarify a few things so that everyone understands why it was cancelled. The organisers were uncooperative in our request for 3 shorter races. They gave us 2 longer races i think of 30 mins but this would cause a lot of people heartache due to fuel consumption amoungst other things. We had to come up with a grid of 40 cars, this was a big ask. When the sport sedan organiser started ringing around the depth of numbers was just not there. The deposit required was substanial so it was the only avenue they could take...

im not happy with the organisers of the 12hr.... i payed good money to see u guys run, is there no way it can be saved???... are other catagories going have to pull out because of the same thing??

No sorry, the deadline to sign the contract has passed, so the organisers have approached another category with the same proposal.
