I have commenced a new forum that is dedicated only to posts relevant to the Kerrick Series, the teams competing in the series and the series racing.
All other discussions including state & club racing will remain in general discussion and of course the for sale and talk to the drives section (that hardly gets used) will remain.
I cannot transfer topics or posts so anything not relevant that is posted in this area will be removed so make sure you use the correct section to avoid that.
We have a big year ahead of us. We have 14 confirmed full series teams, 2 more teams that are 90% + there that we are working with today including a recent National Champion and a Kiwi TA team. On top of this we have 2 states (NSW & Qld) confirmed to run one of their rounds each within the Nationals round plus some other teams doing one or more rounds, including "Elvis" Barnes who has announced that this is his final season of racing and the Pontiac has had a birthday so he can go out on a high.
The flying Taswegan Ab farmer Baily has the Aston Martin ready for testing and will be a dark horse for sure to keep the dynamic duo of Hossack & Ricciardello in check. A few visits from Des "digger" Wall will show that the 2009 champ still has his mojo in the overhauled Corvette. All in all the race for the Kerrick Series glory should be the best in sports sedan history. And keep an eye on the NSW championship winning Jaguar XKR with Dameon Jameson getting quicker every time out.
The Performance Friction Transam cup will be initially fiercly contested by Wall, Bradford, Camm, Reed & Senese. There are new Transam cars coming into the country and being built here all the time now so this appears to be a growth sector and they fit in perfectly with the Aussie sports sedans,
Enjoy and keep the Kerrick series posts coming.
Cheers
Phil
