Look forward to seeing Roverboys Monaro. So who would you put your money on? I would think it would be between Bob Mc, Shane, Chris J, FalconEL (no pressure Chris) & Anthony in the top 5.

Also where is Dameon Jamieson??

What times do you think you may run Falcon EL?

Damo is runnin full nationals, his old man wasnt keen at first but then they were thinkin about it, decided to stick to just the nationals instead, would hate to stick it in the wall when he has dedicated the year to the nats...

No pressure!

All I want is some fine weather, no safety cars - to be able to get some uninterrupted lappery in, a finish in each of the races and to be able to load the car back in the truck on Saturday afternoon in one piece.

There's some good cars amongst the entry list, like Toranaracer said I expect the V8 Supercars to be quick.

I'll put my money on Damian Johnson. He's probably one of the only ones that's driven there (Bathurst 24 Hour start), whereas the majority of the rest of us haven't cut a racing lap there before.

As for Lap Times, it's an interesting question. I've got a number that I reckon I should do, but it all depends on reliability, how the car behaves etc. The quickest, well driven Improved Production cars do about 2:28 - 2:32, so I'd like to think that should be an achievable number.

To be honest, I just want to roll around and enjoy it. Not after Top 5's, trophies or whatever. I consider myself lucky to get the opportunity to have a run at the Mountain and many thanks must go to the NSW Sports Sedan Association for their hard work in organising it!!

Cheers,
CD.

Don't worry about me CD, it was back in 2003!

Even with the most unreliable car (5 engines in 24 hours :o), it was still one of the highlights of my racing.

So long as EVERYONE respects each other, we should be able to get full track time to enjoy.

We were thinking low 2:30's would ensure the car comes home in one piece.

Not long now B)

Yeah Chris, "roll around and enjoy it" I will remember those words when I am chasing a red EL across the mountain.
