It is the local time in Casablanca, Morocco or Reykjavik, Iceland.

He's back.
Nothing as flash as Casablanca, just all over Vietnam & Cambodia.
I have set it to GMT + 10 hrs (Hobart) and that seems to match my clock here.

Seems the Option for Melbourne and Sydney have the GMT +0 not +10
