Thanks for the kind words guys.
Huge thankyou for everybody who helped over the weekend.
Bill Ceton for lending us his gearbox.
Chris Jackson for taking the gearbox out of Bill's car and dropping it off to Mrs Blindman.
Michelle for meeting us at Singleton with the bits.
Bub for being quiet for a whole five hour car trip!!!
Everybody who helped out with bolts and bits that we scabbed over the weekend.
Geoff, Jeremy and Rhys for drinking our quota of beer for us while we were gone.
Geoff, Jeremy, Rhys and Steve for big effort all weekend. Steve usually has the car working so well we generally have quiet race weekends, unless of course if I alter some panels.
Kerrick for their continued support, the entry numbers were low and we did our best to have a good race or three and put on a good show but it just wasn't our weekend.

Great effort by blindman and the team for an unlucky end result. In fact a top Job by every competitor there this weekend. Tony with an awesome display of speed, both Bradford and Donnelly showing the interstaters how to get around along with Roverboy who had a pretty much trouble free run.
Bad luck stories for toranaracer with an electrical problem (number 1 piston and rod tore the alternator off), Blindman who obviously tripped over a black cat while walking under a ladder carrying a mirror that subsequently broke, and Bruce BBQ Banks who tried his hardest to burn the rx7 to the ground.
Now let's get a heap of cars to the island in November.

Considering we are using a Holden block with a Ford head we thought, hey why not try the Volvo 5 cylinder theory ;)

The broken engine is out and a new one we hope to be ready to go back in next weekend......

We hope to have found something we totally overlooked when we upped the power which caused our engine failure.

Besides, I was too busy waving at the cameras for Dasnowman to see the alarm come up on the dash :(

All going well we will be off to Muscle Car Masters as if nothing happened, just a bit lighter in the wallet.

Thanks to Malcolm from Kerrick for his kind words after we managed to break our 100% finishing record and helping to load our tyres onto the trailer.

We now may have a change of plans and be back at Phillip Island to finish the year off.

Troy you know the boys at 'Team Camm" have their hands full when every one of them have the plumbers crack out on display. Good to catch up guys and hopefully get to head south soon for another look before the seasons out.

Sorry the only wave I seen was the one after you got out of the car

:( sorry to see the run come to an end, thats the first DNF in 2 seasons isn't it??

As for Bruce, how was that marshall in the last race, no gear on trying to put the fire out!! and even helping the fire marshalls when they came to to remove the bonnet!!
