Six cars within 1.5 seconds in qualifying 1 results. Should be a great race for the 2nd and 3rd podium spots on Sunday.

Will post Qual 2 results later today.

Ricciardello on Michelins showed he is still on top of his game with his near record 1:06.2121 in cold conditions. With the track temp higher in Q2 this afternoon we should see iprovements from most and maybe a sub record 1:05 from Ricciardello

Catch the action on ITV live tomorrow. Remember 30 minute time difference for Adelaide from East coast

Yes it was tyres, so much for the Michelins being quick all day. Maybe Tony has to tune the car to the new tyre or maybe Mallala does not suit the rears.
I am sure he will sort them out soon.

Tony has done that a few times over his last couple of seasons in sports sedans. i remember at oran park he had to use old tyres as he destroyed his new ones in qually by overheating them badly. Scotts michelins seemed to hold up well?? Just goes to show everyone should turn up! U might just get a win yet!

how was the clem smith money divided up? im guesssing everyone got some with the small number racing?
