This photo is from approx '82 at Sandown at Dandenong rd just ahead of Bernie Watt in the ex Frank Gardner Camaro which I beieve he still owned up until quite recently!.
At this point my car still had the 2 litre in it,

A guy called Chris Allan called me a couple of days ago & said he was racing it 25-30yrs ago & bought it of the original owner who built & raced it before him. Was racing @ amaroo Oran park etc etc when Gary Fords car was running his v8 mk1 around.. No one can tell me the original owners name unfortunately. Good ol eBay managed to give me some light after all searching.

Great little car. If I had a larger garage I'd hang on to it for my son!
