Thought I would give an update. Diffuser now done, I didn't build it to the maximum allowed, but maybe later. I now have to finish little things ready for log book and ROPS inspection at wakefield. Was trying to make it for rd2 but not ready yet.

I am BUDGET building an FD RX-7 for general use but if it qualifies for Heavy Metal I might run it sometimes with you big guys

When you see me look out. I'm a newbie but I will try my best to stay out of your way. LOL

When it had a 13BT (one of 5 engines before I grew a brain and decided to put an alloy Chev in it) it looked like one photo.
Now it looks like the second photo.

So far I am just going backwards but hope to have it ready for Mallala

Well I was going to but 25kb limit?

Use photobucket for your photo's. it is free and I find it very user friendly. Get some pics up!!

PS: all builds are budget builds... All of your budget....

Few questions hondachev.

Is the prelude/chev yellow?
2 litre turbo prelude the same one that was in Auto action a few months back?
Monaro, how far into the build is it?

Ta.

So it’s been a while since I have been on here, just though I’d have a look and see if anything has changed.

Here’s a rendering of what a(the) new car may look like.
The bitterness of poor quality remains long after the sweetness of a cheap price is forgotten!
