Old Mk2 Escort Sports Sedan i bought anyone have any Information?

Natsoft Race Results only go back to like 1994. There are some Sports Sedans back nearly that far with a few Escorts listed. Hard to know which one may be yours but.

Where abouts are they talking about putting the circuit?

yeah it will be difficult without a name of the driver..

basically it will be on the southern side of HMAS Albatross naval base. Look the airfield up on google maps and just below the east/west runway where it intersects with the north/south runway they are planning to put it down in that area.

Been a while since i last updated this thread.. been busy made my dummy motor fit, had a set of wheels redrilled, made the rear wind attach to the bootlid and removable, mounted the radiator and started the gearbox tunnel.

Cheers guys.. Yeah the 2 shifters are an old speco kit that was available in the 70s this is from my dads group c torana basically the smaller shifter is reverse u put the main shifter in neutral and push the reverse forward. It's all fun linkage based so getting the 2 jammed up can happen but the cool thing about the main shifter is its setup to sit over 3rd and 4th as there usually the main used gears allows for less mid shifts etc.. Old school 70s :)

Yeah the plan might be to try and get to an event or 2 late next year :)
