Intrigued to know that this is still a topic, I have actually sent Alan Moffat an invoice for repairs to aluminium bonnet as yet i have not heard anything from big Al! The invoice was for beer consumed while we waited for Alan to turn up at Stewards meeting which he did not attend!

So where is the Queen Mary?

The Queen Mary went to that big resting place called Simms Metal . I kept the front doors as they were alloy skins over the original frames,they are now hanging on the wall, complete with the original no 76 in what we call BAR 76(double garage attached to the house now a Boys Room) All the running gear was sold off.The space frame front end was going to be fitted to a Torana, dont know if that happen.
