NSW SS in trouble??

Great stuff loser,

Sounds like it was a great night at Avalon! Congratulations to yourself and Graeme for making the effort to host a display on behalf of the category.

You're right, we are THE BEST KEPT SECRET in Motorsport, we all really need to work on doing the simple things to help promote ourselves!!!!

Cheers,
CD.

Nice work Loser good to hear that the cars were well received and that there was a fair bit of interest. You are spot on about the promotion having to be undertaken by ourselves if we want to get more interest. Sure it takes up time and effort but I think it will help in getting the Sport Sedan name back out there and possibly help the category get more new competitors.
I am still scratching my brain on why we can't get more profile in our national motorsport scene. I know money has a lot to do with what can be achived but surely there are other cost effective promotional activities that can generate greater interest.

For the first State round here in Vic we have 26 Sports Sedan entries and 2 cross entries.
Hopefully this will be the trend for the rest of the year for both National and State level Sports Sedan fields.

Great news on the numbers for PI Damian!
Weve got round 2 of our state series her in SA at May1-2, wed be lucky to have 2 cars front up... and I'm one of them!

Considering Clem Smith offers prize money for the only sports sedan race in Australia at the National Round, its dissapointing more SA cars cant have a go...? :(

Good to see the NSW guys got 12 cars to Wakefield this weekend. More would be good but at least that should be ebough to help them stay a championship for next year. Also the next Wakefield round will have the Vic U2L guys as well so that should bump the numbers up considerably...
Mr. Boost just out qualified Senior Boost, 2nd meeting in a row.. Well done mate..

Hey Loser, on the 24th of April there is a "Torana Turnout" at Car Goodies in Bundoora.
Do you want to put our two Torana's on display and hand out some more posters?
This place is just in the next street from Coxy.
Hopefully mine will still be in one piece after Phillip Island next wekend :(
Let me know.
