Hey Boost, congrats to you guys, finally your persistence is starting to pay off..

yes nadz me and graham will both be running at the oran park rounds. hopefully some guys with cars around my pace turn up otherwise ill be a lone ranger out there.

As for OP, I know that Graeme Gilliland and Damian Johnson are heading up for the August round, so should be some competition for you. Then in October a few more of us are heading up for the combined National/State round. Hope to see you there....Again, Well done!

Hey guys

i think graeme gilliland and damian johnson will be a bit quick for me, have either of them been to oran park before? and a rough time they expect to do?

thats awesome chris thanks for putting that up. did u end up running ur new tyres over the 3 races? your pace is about a second of what you would normally be doing around there? was there a problem or you just didnt need to push that hard to get the job done?

Great video there! Good battle. Great to see two differing engine configurations generating roughly the same sort of pace.

What type of camera is that Chris? The video and sound are of a really good quality, I wouldn't picking up a similar camera myself if possible!

Its Just a cannon digital video , its a tape version I bought in 2005 when we had speed week coverage of our state rounds . I think they are all hard drive systems now , but I'm sure any good quality system would give you similar results . As far as pace went i did think the track was slippery so no one was going to fast , but basically just did what I had to do while looking after the tyres. Have to make them last for the National round as well .

Yeah, it was an exciting weekend. Had to keep reminding Chris on the radio to look after the tyres although he did a good job of protecting them. Considering we didnt actually touch the car all weekend, it was a nice result, espescially because we got the championship lead back. Looking forward to extending our lead :p Bring on the nationals...
