Good used race bits

Could NASSA run a type of swap meet at race meetings for racers to sell off surplus parts and/or cars, (NASSA would get a commission say 5-10%). Existing racers would generate some cash and new racers could get parts cheaply to enable more into catagory,(one mans trash is another mans treasure). More racers with more cash equals more financial NASSA, good for everyone.
