id yort, I am amazed at the depth of knowledge that you and a few others have re the SS category. I thought that I was a keen motor sport follower but you make me look like a beginner. To you guys who post this interesting information and some of those old pic's, congratulations, I look forward to more.

Also too that Rotex Monza was alos driven by Alan Moffat at Baskerville in 1980 (in the championship round I think), as well if that is the same car.

Hey Yort, What ever happened to the Monza that Dick Johnson, John Bowe, (and I can't remember the other driver), that they raced at Sandown in the World Endurance Race. They had to make extra fuel stops due to not running the bigger fuel tank, (and I think they may have even used more than what they were supposed to!!), due to the Veskanda not being ready or able to be passed to race (not sure on this part!!) The ads look great from your collection or did you find them on the net. I have also found a site, that you can get the IMSA BodyPanels (or reproductions) for the Monza, so it wouldn't be hard to build a new one (which I would love to do). :D :D

Dasnoman, i tried to buy it back last year when i heard it's where abouts but the guy wasn't interested. Thinking of having another crack at him. With a few changes to the rear end and some more herbs up it's backside it would be pretty quick.

Was a great car to drive.
