Just thinking last night. I would love to see a Tri Nations challenge between Australia, New Zealand and America. Australia would run Sports Sedans/Tranz Ams. New Zealand and America run Tranz Ams. As we have seen with Bernie Gillon the tranz ams are just as quick as the sports sedans. Each team would consist of 8 cars, with 2 of them being reserves. So you would have races consisting of quick 3 lap sprints with 2 drivers from each country represented in each heat. Each group would have 3 heats each. That would make 6 cars in each heat. you could run a point scoring system of 6 points a win down to 1 point for 6th (DNF=No points). Each team can play one joker card in the whole series that allows there nominated driver double points in that race. It would be typical rolling starts with each starting position being determined by lucky draw out of a hat. I reckon it would be a great idea, remind me of the old state of origin series at oran park
